If you live locally in West Auckland, we can keep an “urgent” order ready for pickup. However, please prearrange a pick-up time by calling 021 0247 2893 and checking with Mosqi. This ensures staff are there at the warehouse to hand over urgent orders to you.

Collection is only available on call for urgent, local orders.

Please note there is NO click-and-collect option at checkout. Since there is no click-and-collect option, our team efficiently uses its work hours to dispatch orders promptly. This also restricts the urgent collection only to urgent orders rather than unwittingly allowing non-urgent orders to be click-and-collect at checkout. Too many click-and-collect non-urgent orders will require us to change our operations to include front desk staffing. Our operation is set up as a warehouse rather than a retail customer-front store to save on running costs. It helps us keep our product costs lower so you can buy more quality, healthy products for less 😊

If your urgent order is under $50, it will incur a flat shipping rate of $7.30 when you place checkout. As this order will be processed urgently for you, the flat shipping rate serves as the urgent processing charge in this instance. Please leave a note under delivery instructions if you prefer to collect your ‘urgent’ order.
