Stir 2 teaspoons (28g) of chia seeds with1/2 cup of Organic coconut milk
Sweeten with 1 teaspoon Organic coconut nectar (optional)
Pour the mixture into jars, and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Top your chia pudding with nuts, seeds and fresh fruit (chopped banana, berries, grated apples. mango cubes),
A dollop of peanut butter takes it to another level! Use Kokonati toasted coconut butter instead if you cannot have peanuts.
