We apologize that it didn't work out as a replacement for butter due to its richness. It is not an exact replacement for traditional butter as it is ground with the coconut meat in it. The coconut butter can be used in place of coconut cream or milk by stirring a spoonful ( or more) as required in hot water and adding to stew, curry. It can also be used as a base for bliss bal recipes.
It is also divine to stir a spoon of the coconut butter into hot rice that has just been cooked. It gives a wonderful satay coconut rice flavor. Do give it a go and let us know if you like it. Thank you for your loyalty in buying our products and leaving a review.

We just wanted to let you know that the fluffy stuff on top is actually the natural separation of the coconut oil, and it's completely normal. We NEVER use chemical stabilisers to keep it even-textured because this is a 100% natural organic product.
