Organic jackfruit pulp pulverized in water, with less than <6% pure organic cane sugar and ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) to enhance keeping quality, make up the clean list of 3 simple ingredients.
Storage
Best served, chilled. Store at room temperature when sealed. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 -5 days.

We don’t manufacture our products in large, mechanized factories. So, we do not enjoy the economies of scale that supermarket brands do. We pay the millers and farmers a fair price.
